When you’re selling property, you want it sold…for a fair price and as quickly as possible. For that to happen, your property must be priced correctly, aggressively marketed and actively promoted to as many qualified potential buyers as possible.

No two farms, hunting properties or houses are alike…even those sitting side by side. Each has its own uniqueness, character and appeal that helps dictate the price it will sell for and the type of buyer it appeals to. It also helps us determine the most effective way to present and market it. One key to our success has been our ability to reach agreement with property owners on these critical issues.
We develop a marketing plan for each property that goes beyond putting up a sign and hoping the phone rings. Sometimes a non-traditional approach is best and we have the flexibility to offer those solutions. An auction can sometimes be the best way to sell a particular property and we recommend that option (and provide a turn-key auction service) when we feel it’s in the best interests of our clients.
We’ve made very good friends selling property and turning clients into friends is what we’re most proud of.
What we do:
- We work with you to understand the unique advantages of your property and we help establish a price that meets your financial and timing goals.
- We’re flexible and work with sellers on commission structures based on a number of factors including the type and size of property.
- We make suggestions to improve your properties salability.
- We develop a sales and marketing strategy for your property.
- We actively promote your property to potential buyers via some combination of electronic, print, broadcast, direct mail and circular advertising,
- We cooperate with other real estate companies and aggressively market your property to other agents (see what we don’t do). Our goal, pure and simple, is to get it sold.
- We make it as easy as possible for potential buyers by assisting them with financing, and removing other potential roadblocks that delay or hinder sales.
- We remain actively involved in the negotiation process to insure that the sale is completed after the purchase agreement is signed.
Things we don’t do:
- We don’t compete with our sellers. We don’t buy properties for resale so we never have to decide whether to show our properties or our clients. Our goal is to sell properties…yours.
