There’s two main reasons why we’re successful finding “just” the right property for our clients. First, we spend the up-front time necessary to understand our buyers wants and needs. We’ve yet to find two sets of circumstances that are exactly alike and understanding what is most important to our buyers is the critical first step.

The second is finding the right property…and while that may sound simple, our approach is different than with many real estate companies. If we don’t have what you want listed, we work to find it. Since there is no multiple listing service in Pike County we’ve established a solid networking relationship with other progressive brokers in Pike and surrounding counties that allows us expanded access to properties.
But we don’t stop there. We continue to look for the “right” property even if it isn’t listed for sale. We’ve been very successful approaching land owners when their property fits the needs of our buyers. And since we don’t buy properties for re-sale, our clients never have to wonder if we’re pushing a property we own rather than one we know better fits their needs.
We’ve farmed in Illinois all our lives and perhaps the best compliment we’ve been paid is that “we know dirt” far better than most. We also are hunters and understand what separates a good hunting farm from an excellent one.
